Synchrony Physical Therapy (PT) was developed to provide personalized care and prevention strategies for athletes and active individuals. We have stepped outside the traditional healthcare model to ensure that our only responsibility is to our clients' needs. As a non-insurance clinic we are not limited to injury management- offering expert sports performance services, preventative care, and run coaching as well. Kathy Molitor Simon & Carrie Truebenbach have a combined 50+ year history as clinicians and Physical Therapy educators. After years of collaboration, we decided we needed to deliver services our own way! Synchrony PT was developed to share our treatment philosophy of holistic and individualized care. We have 2 convenient clinic locations in the Milwaukee, WI area. We offer online services as well.

    Fear of injury can be daunting for runners, causing them to wait to seek attention when an injury may be brewing. ?Complete rest is NOT recommended, except in cases of bone stress or serious joint injury. ??Movement promotes tissue healing?? And for common running injuries like: Patellofemoral pain Plantar fasciitis Tendon pain A temporarily modified running schedule is most always part of the healing plan. The good news is that a sports PT/Physio that understands #running can help you strategically dose your training throughout the rehab process- running and/or cross-training included. P.S.
