Excited to announce the leasing of 1814 N Memorial Way to Swyft Filings! Located just outside of Downtown Houston, 1814 presented a unique single-tenant opportunity to prospective tenants. The building features exposed ceilings, creative spaces, and a one-of-a-kind roof deck with incredible views of the Houston skyline.
