Big news! Each year, National Tank Truck Carriers, selects eight finalists from its Professional Tank Truck Driver of the Year submissions to compete for the prestigious title of Grand Champion — with their name permanently added to the William A. Usher, Sr. Trophy. The winner also serves as NTTC’s official ambassador, promoting safety and education across the industry. SWTO, LLC’s own Jwill Kosier, from our Knoxville fleet, is one of this year’s finalists. On February 6-7, Jwill traveled to NTTC headquarters in Arlington, VA, for a three-round interview process, including a panel interview, a safety presentation, and an on-camera interview. The Grand Champion will be announced at NTTC’s Annual Conference in Tampa, FL, on April 23, 2025.
