SWPA Municipal Project Hub
社区开发和城市规划
Connecting Southwestern Pennsylvania's communities to transformative opportunities, one project at a time.
关于我们
We help local government officials across Southwestern Pennsylvania access historic federal infrastructure & clean energy funding by connecting them with the resources, hands-on technical assistance, and other support they need to conceptualize, fund, and implement high-impact community development projects. We engage with leaders working on municipal projects and ideas at all stages of development and implementation, working creatively and responsively to connect local and regional leaders with the project conceptualization, visioning, technical research, capacity, and relationship-building support needed to position SWPA's communities to effectively, strategically, and competitively apply for transformative federal grant opportunities alongside local and regional partners.

The Hub is here for our rural communities in SWPA seeking capacity-building support, funding navigation, and no-cost technical assistance to help bring project ideas to life!
? In the books! The Inaugural Hearing of the Pennsylvania Rural Population Revitalization Commission marked a critical step in tackling our rural communities' challenges. One of the biggest takeaways? Local capacity issues. Too often, rural leaders and municipalities have the vision but not the resources—whether it’s staff, funding, or technical support—to turn that vision into reality. Without the right tools, even the best plans can’t move forward. That means addressing workforce shortages in local government, expanding grant-writing support, and ensuring that state programs work for rural Pennsylvania. This is just the beginning. We’re committed to breaking down barriers and building up communities! #RuralRevitalization #RuralCommunities
