"As a Recruiter, I specialize in identifying and attracting top talent for our Emerging Accounts team. I guide candidates through every step of the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience while striving to create the perfect match between candidates and clients. My goal is to connect exceptional individuals with exciting opportunities.” Why do you Swoon? "I "Swoon" because of the wonderful people I get to work with. My colleagues' intelligence, support, and dedication have made my role as a recruiter both fulfilling and enjoyable. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role has been building meaningful relationships with candidates and connecting them with our clients to create the perfect match. There's nothing greater than watching a candidate thrive in their career, and I'm thankful for the opportunity to play a part in their success." What do you like to do outside of work? “I love spending quality time with my family and friends! "As a Senior Account Coordinator, I act as the stepping stone that bridges the gap between the candidate - Swoon - and the client. Coordinating everything from client needs and incoming jobs to interviews and offers, I have the exciting role of making sure everyone is prioritized and on the same page, both internally and externally." Why do you Swoon? “I “Swoon” because on the best days AND the worst, every one of my fellow Swooners leads the way by demonstrating impeccable friendship, sportsmanship, leadership, and character through and through. Swoon is a company built around all the values that the world needs more of, and each employee is made to feel like part of the “family” from the very first day. It is amazingly fulfilling to be part of a company that somehow manages to always prioritize its clients, candidates, and employees all at once - without missing a beat! Since becoming a Swooner, I can honestly say that I would never want to be anything else!” What do you like to do outside of work? “Outside of work, I mostly enjoy playing the role of “mom” and “best friend” to my almost four-year-old daughter. Most of my free time is spent being reminded by a toddler that it’s truly the small things in life that mean the most.”
