Switchgrass Construction Advisors is pleased to announce its recent selection for Owner's Representation Services in partnership with USD 475 Geary County Schools for the $35 million Early Childhood Center in Junction City, Kansas. In this collaboration, Switchgrass will act as the Owner's Representative for the Little Jays facility, which will span 71,000 square feet and include 32 classrooms. This facility aims to consolidate all early childhood education across Junction City fostering a nurturing and innovative environment for young learners. The project has officially commenced and is anticipated to be completed in the spring of 2026. Switchgrass is pleased to announce the ongoing development of its partnership with USD 305, reinforcing its dedication to supporting its alma mater and the community of Salina, Kansas. As part of this collaboration, Switchgrass is serving as the Owner's Representative for the field modifications and track resurfacing project at Salina Stadium, along with turf conversion upgrades and related enhancements at Salina South High School. These projects are scheduled to commence this summer and are anticipated to be completed by the end of the season. This initiative will significantly upgrade the athletic facilities grounds, enhancing the experience for both athletes and community members.
