Hey y’all! ???? Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer semester!?? We wanted to look back and share the activities we engaged in last semester? Spring 2024 recap ?? ??Student-led Energy Research Poster Competition & Promotion of Switch Energy Club at UT Energy Week: ???? This was an interdisciplinary research competition where young researchers can present their research work and gain valuable feedback from peers, faculty and industry professionals. We co-organized this event with Longhorn Energy Club @lec.ut , Energy Institute @energy_ut and UT American Nuclear Society. ??Seminar on finding jobs in energy industry for international students:?? We had over 230 pre-event registrations. ? During the session, students had the opportunity to interact with Soundarya Balasubramani, who provided invaluable insights into the job search process and visa procedures in the energy industry in the USA.
