Since opening our smoking area a few weeks ago, we have received lots of valuable feedback from our guests. We have made several adjustments and improvements to the area to mitigate these concerns and improve everyone's gaming experience. Guests must step within two feet of the door to enter, and the door closes quickly after guests pass through. In addition, we are making enhancements to the airflow and the barrier to prevent smoke from drifting onto the rest of the floor. We appreciate everyone who shared their experience with us, and we will continue to monitor the area to ensure that Swin remains a great place for all our guests to play!

Since joining the team in 2022, Clint has worked hard to keep our slots up-to-date and operational and oversee our incredible team of slot technicians. By popular demand, we're happy to introduce our brand-new smoking area on the gaming floor! This fully enclosed area features an isolated high-powered ventilation system to exhaust smoke from the room and ensure it doesn't drift onto the rest of the floor. We are still adding slots and will soon have approximately 40 games available for play in this area. Please note that smoking is permitted in this room only, and THC vapes and cigars are not allowed. Last week, we honored 22 incredible team members at the Q4 MVP Luncheon! Each quarter, nominees are treated to a catered meal with their managers and supervisors and enjoy prizes. We honor a Back-of-House and Front-of-House winner every quarter, but a Supervisor winner is also awarded during our Q2 and Q4 luncheons! This quarter, our Front-of-House winner was Fabian St. Germain, a member of the Swinomish Sports Bar & Grill wait staff. We had two Back-of-House winners: our AV/IT lead technician Alicia Williams and slot technician Michael Doyle. Finally, our Supervisor winner was Austin Adored, one of the phenomenal Signature Rewards shift supervisors. Congratulations to the winners and all nominees — we appreciate everything you do for Swin!
