It’s providing stakeholders the tools they need to be a part of the change. ? It’s pivoting quickly when you recognize there is an area that needs more information and attention. ? It’s thinking creatively about how to reach your stakeholders. ? It’s storytelling to help the stakeholders envision themselves after the change. ? It’s connecting the dots between the business need for the change and work that your stakeholders do. ? It's celebrating the successes and mitigating the challenges. ? It's helping employees understand WHY it is important for them to accept the change. ? It’s sending an email if that’s the best way to reach your stakeholders.
