Just wrapped up another one! The 276 unit Modera Argyle with Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC in Hollywood turned out absolutely amazing. On September 17, Milender White, @MetaHousing and the City of Glendale celebrated MW's latest completed affordable housing project, Citrus Crossing. Glendale Mayor Elen Asatryan praised the 127-unit project before a crowd of stakeholders and cut the ceremonial ribbon at the front door. Meta's Allison Levy led a tour of the LEED Platinum-certified building, which recently welcomed its first residents. Designed by @ACMartin, Citrus Crossing is a truly stylish seniors community.
