It is especially important to us to represent those that deserve a second chance.?Recently, Matthew Dellinger handled a pro bono criminal case in Gloucester County, New Jersey, where his client was facing mandatory incarceration on two counts. What made this case particularly noteworthy was the client himself—an individual that had truly transformed his life. He committed to sobriety, entered a sober living facility, and secured stable employment. He was engaged, responsible, and genuinely striving for a brighter future. By working closely with the prosecutor’s office, Matt was able to prove that incarceration would ultimately be counterproductive. Instead, Matt successfully negotiated a non-custodial probation, enabling his client to remain in his program and continue his positive journey. He fully recognized the responsibility for his actions, and this outcome allowed him to do so while remaining on the right track. This case serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of pro bono work. #LegalAdvocacy #ProBono
