Today we introduce you to Bob Stavig, our conference and networking chair! Bob retired from a long career at HP, and he co-wrote a book with his daughter called “Retaining Women in STEM: The Empowerment of Lean Development”. Bob discusses the gaps the engineering industry faces in making engineering an equitable and diverse space and is active in driving these discussions amongst industry professionals. #swe #heforswe Society of Women Engineers
