Five more days left to submit your WE24 Sticker designs! The Society of Women Engineers is having a design competition for the official WE24 sticker! The sticker will be featured at this year's national conference, WE24, which will be held in Chicago, IL on October 24-26, 2024. The sticker design should include elements that represent the theme of the conference, the host city, and the overall mission of SWE. This year’s theme is “Together We Rise”. The judging criteria is based on the ability to incorporate all of these elements into the design. The winning design?will be printed and given out at WE24. The winner of the competition?will receive free registration to the WE24 conference! This contest is open to active members of the Chicago Regional Section, as well as the university sections within the Greater Chicago area. Last week, SWE-CRS hosted our final two events of FY24: our Annual Banquet and a collegiate professional development session at GirlCon. Our banquet theme, Together We Inspire, was “inspired” by International Women in Engineering Day and our volunteers who have worked together throughout the year to advocate for and inspire our members.?Huge thank you to our keynote speaker Rita Walters for an outstanding speech!?And congrats to all our scholarship winners for outstanding academic performance and community involvement!
