Unfortunately, there seems to be good reason for the concern as our recent research into attitudes to first party fraud has further evidenced… ? 1 in 5 (21%) individuals said they, or someone they knew, had fraudulently claimed SPD in the last 12 months 10% felt it is a ‘reasonable’ fraud to commit Meanwhile, 12% didn’t think it was illegal to falsely claim for the discount ? The fabulous Hal Garyn ( if you are not following him you should IMO) recently posted the following: “"???? ?????? ?????????? ????????, ?????? ?????? ???? ???????? ???? ???????? ??????????????????. ???? ?????? ???????? ????????, ?????? ?????? ???????? ???? ???????? ???? ???????? ??????????????????????." - Farnam Street” When Covid hit us, I like many started to put on a bit of weight and felt stressed and worried. I was not unique, it was a worrying time. However, I had a large family to look after and of course the whole SWAP Internal Audit Services team. So I had to look after myself and the best way was to start walking. I have been consistent ever since aiming for 3 walks of 5000 steps each day. Sometimes I failed, sometimes I achieved, but my results have been quite astonishing IMHO. P.S. And my stress level are very low, most of the time ?? 2020 (7 months) 1,725,956 steps, 805.98 miles, 400 hours, 94,977 calories 2021 3,983,367 steps, 1,881.46 miles, 836 hours, 219,649 calories 2022 2,908,139 steps, 1303.41 miles, 654 hours, 153,990 calories 2023 3,518,757 steps, 1655.31 miles, 755 hours, 194,435 calories.
