The recent news with #TaylorSwift shows just how pervasive this issue is.?A majority of victims are not public figures and are unable to take action. Deepfake porn uses #artificialintelligence to transplant a person’s face onto sexually explicit videos or images. The #DEFIANCEAct would provide victims a civil right of action to seek justice.
