Great collaboration between two great organizations from our Fast Pitch Class of 2024. On October 25th, stop by the Meristem Cafe at 9200 Fair Oaks Blvd, Fair Oaks. All revenue will be donated to Purple Tree Café. Both programs support adults with disabilities and are doing great work to improve lives in our communities!

SacCLT is on a mission to prevent displacement and empower historically discriminated neighborhoods by fostering equitable development and creating sustainable communities for future generations. Based in the heart of Davis, California, Purple Tree Café is on a mission to create community-based employment opportunities for people with disabilities while fostering connections through food, art, and music. Since 2018, they’ve been serving delicious vegan and wheat-free baked goods, organic teas, and other beverages at the Davis Farmers Market and various events, often from their iconic bicycle-driven coffee cart. Beyond their food offerings, Purple Tree Café hosts monthly music events featuring performers with and without disabilities, bringing people together in a celebration of inclusion and community.
