Renaissance Parkway with 927,696 square feet in Rialto, California; 13277 San Bernardino Ave. with 577,905 square feet in Fontana, California; and 3363 Gun Club Road with 1,006,050 square feet in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. The warehouse and distribution structures were built between 2003 and 2024, and Western Post agreed to occupy them for more than a decade, according to lease terms. Real estate investment trust Prologis owns both of the Class A California warehouses. NorthPoint Development, a Kansas City, Missouri-based industrial and multifamily developer, owns the five-star Pennsylvania distribution center, which sits in the East Valley Logistics Park and offers 40-foot clear heights.
