Know your team members and acknowledge them in ways that they find meaningful. For instance, some might prefer public acknowledgment, while others might appreciate a private note. Celebrate Milestones: Celebrate not only major successes but also small achievements and milestones. This helps to maintain a positive atmosphere and keeps the team motivated. Constructive Feedback: When providing feedback, balance constructive critiques with genuine thank yous for their efforts and contributions. This maintains a positive and encouraging environment.
