We couldn't be more proud of our leader, mentor, partner, and friend on his elevation to the College of Fellows -- Jay Brotman, FAIA. Fellows are recognized for their exceptional work and contributions, and fewer than 3% of AIA members hold the prestigious designation. Through architecture and advocacy, Jay's career has focused on vulnerable communities, advancing school design and safety, elevating the human spirit, and sharing knowledge for the betterment of all. He's living proof good things happen to good people. Congratulations Jay. Well deserved. #AIA #AIACT #AEC #community

In 2020, Svigals + Partners, an FCA company, and Skylight Studios of Woburn, MA were selected to design, fabricate, and install a new memorial for the City of Quincy, MA. Sited at the historic, garden-style Mount Wollaston Cemetery, the project’s intention was to express gratitude to those who have served the United States in armed conflicts from 1990 through present day. We are proud to announce on November 11, 2024, Veteran’s Day, the Memorial’s installation was celebrated with a dedication and posthumous honors to seven local veterans. “We pay tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our freedoms and our way of life,” Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch said in a written statement. We are proud to have been part of this public art project, and hope the site brings comfort to families and the community for generations to come.?
