Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inbound Sales Development Manager to lead our dynamic team in our busy call center. As the Inbound SDR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our in-home personal training services by overseeing the handling of inbound leads, managing the appointment-setting process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Inbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for handling incoming leads and inquiries. - Develop and implement strategies to maximize appointment-setting and conversion rates. - Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead-generation campaigns and initiatives. - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular reports to upper management. - Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the Inbound SDR team. - Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications: - Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in managing inbound sales or appointment-setting teams. - Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. - Knowledge of the fitness industry or personal training services is a plus.
