Over the past 20 years, the clinical trial industry’s adoption of eCOA has led to significant improvements in patient questionnaire compliance, reduced transcription errors between paper and electronic systems, and minimized the time spent managing data across platforms. In a recent case study, we used Suvoda eCOA to streamline a sponsor’s process for efficiently handling questionnaire development, licensing, and translations. For the first time in the sponsor's history, all languages across two studies were certified before go-live.
