We are pleased to announce Chris Klemann as our new Chief Operating Officer at Sutton Bank. Chris brings over two decades of leadership and operational expertise in strategy, profitability, and business development, positioning the Bank for future success as it scales to meet the growing needs of its customers, partners and communities. In his new role, Chris will oversee bank operations, focusing on efficiency, resource management and cross-functional collaboration, while helping to advance the Bank’s overall strategic vision. Prior to joining Sutton Bank, Chris served in executive roles at Texas Capital, Signet Jewelers, and Nationwide, with extensive experience in banking, payments, and financial services. Within these roles, he led large-scale transformation efforts, end-to-end operations and controls, compliance, data analysis, and growth initiatives. His experience in strategic planning, streamlining operations and increasing revenue makes him a valuable addition to Sutton Bank. Please join us in welcoming Chris to our team!

Recently, team members from our Ontario branch had the privilege of joining Children's Hunger Alliance at Sherman Elementary School in Mansfield, to help pass out weekend meal boxes. It was a beautiful night to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Sutton Bank Ice Rink in Tiffin! Sutton Bank believes in the power of community and the joy of shared experiences. That’s why we’re so proud to help support the creation of this ice rink through our Sutton Bank Charitable Fund, turning a vision into reality for everyone to enjoy. Whether it’s children learning to skate, families creating memories, or friends coming together to enjoy some outdoor, recreational fun, this ice rink represents what we value most – connection and community spirit. We're thankful to have been a part of this project that is sure to become a featured attraction for the city and enjoyed for years to come!

Our New London branch was honored to partner with the Salvation Army for this year's Stuff-A-Stocking program, helping to bring Christmas cheer to children in our local communities. Thank you to everyone who filled a stocking with toys, picked an ornament from the "giving tree" or made a monetary donation to make this program a success! Together, you helped spread a little holiday magic this season.
