The Sustainable Coffee Institute just launched their first book! SCI has helped hundreds of coffee shop owners on their way to creating a sustainable business. We've always wanted to write a book that would encapsulate the methodology we've been using for years but when COVID hit the world, we knew the time was now. Yet coffee people rarely read your standard, "How To" book so we decided to write a fictional, but all too familiar story, of one coffee shop owner on her way to owning the coffee shop of her dreams.
