Highlights from the Third Biennial Ann and Jack Graves Conference in Kumasi - Sustainability as a Solution to Global Business Challenges: A Focus on Africa ( January 12-14, 2025) The Third Biennial Ann and Jack Graves Conference was an extraordinary success! This prestigious conference was held outside the U.S., in the heart of Africa, at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi, Ghana. Under the auspices of the Ann and Jack Graves Charitable Foundation and the Africa Academy of Management, the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas at The University of Texas at Dallas and KNUST School of Business (KSB) at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology successfully held a joint conference from January 12-14, 2025, in Kumasi, Ghana. This milestone event brought together brilliant scholars, academia, and business leaders from across the globe, including the U.S. and Africa. Over three remarkable days, the conference became a vibrant hub for enthusiastic discussions, collaborative insights, and actionable ideas, all aimed at tackling critical sustainability challenges. We extend our deepest gratitude to KNUST for co-hosting this event, and to the visionary leaders including esteemed professors and doctorates, the conference co-chairs, and organizing teams whose contributions paved the way for a brighter, sustainable future - Habte Woldu, Hubert Zydorek, Mike Peng, Baniyelme D.
