I'm going to do something in this post that every marketing specialist has told me NOT to do.
But I'm doing it anyway - and at the risk of getting tons of DMs and connection requests from would-be marketing specialists who want to sell to me without knowing me (FYI, I will turn you down if you do this):
?? I've changed what I'm offering to the world - and hence I'm in the process of changing how I talk about myself.
I'm NOT changing who I am and how I help.
?? My mission is still to help every human live their potential without burning out - and while living a life they love.
But instead of focusing on COACHING ?? INDIVIDUAL smart high achievers who want to stress less and achieve their goals...
I'm now focusing on SPEAKING ?? to GROUPS of smart high achievers who want to stress less and achieve their goals!

BACKGROUND: I've already been speaking and doing workshops to help people stress less.
I've done paid speaking and workshops for Google, Blue Shield of California, Levi Strauss & Co., Fermilab, Duke Health Technology Solutions, Brown University Alumni & Friends, and more (yeah, let me name drop for a moment ?? ).
I've done free speaking/workshops for Raleigh Metro Society for Human Resource Management (RMSHRM), AMA Triangle, University of Illinois Chicago, Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange, & Chatham Counties, Triangle Society for Human Resource Management (TSHRM), and others.
And I realized that I make a bigger impact on the world and on helping people stress LESS, fulfill their potential, and create belonging and community when I speak to more people at a time.
?? So that's the story: I'm here to make a bigger impact and help create not just more emotionally resilient individuals, but also more emotionally resilient teams, organizations, businesses, and communities.

? P.S. Here's why I said "marketing people will tell me not to say what I'm saying":
Most marketing people will want to create a whole roll out plan and strategize HOW you tell people. They don't just TELL people willy-nilly like I just did.
But I'm not that strategic. I'm just too excited to share and to let you know - even if all my marketing ducks ?? (like website updates, etc.) are NOT in a row.
Transitions involve messy middles, and I love sharing the messy middle with you so you know you're not alone.
