You make plans, set goals - then life throws something at you that you weren't expecting.
This happened to me Sunday:

Although my back is getting better, I’ve slept poorly the last few nights - and I am FEELING it, friends!
But rather than
?? rail against the injury and how it's messed up my schedule...
?? or beat myself up for doing that to myself...
I’m dealing with reality:
???? ???????? ?????????? ???????? ?????? ????????????????.
And trying to keep to the same schedule will NOT allow that to happen. (If anything, it will make things WORSE.)
So this morning, I looked at my schedule for today so I could decide how to move forward.
I did this using what I call "The Six D's":
????, ????????????????, ?????????????????? (??????????????), ??????????, ???????????? (???????? ????????), ???? ????????????.
These are the options we ALL have for anything on our lists.

There were things I definitely wanted to DO . But to do them, I needed to use my other five D's.
Here's what I decided.

???I was scared at first to do it because I thought it would make me look like a slacker, but my husband Bill Hansley, MHA (who knows the person) pointed out that they would likely be ok with waiting.

???Bill was right: when I emailed my new client to say that I'd like until next Wednesday to get them the proposal because my week was tight and I wanted to make sure I did the best job I could on the proposal, they said, “Certainly!”

2. ?? ?????????????? ???? ?????????? ?????? ???? ???????????????? ??????????.

???I was sad to do it (Women’s Mastermind led by Maria Copp, Karen Atiles, ICF PCC, Ami DePierro, and Kellie L. Bradley), but it was the right thing to do under the circumstances.
