I help women find self compassion, rest, inner peace and transformation through holistic coaching, yoga, meditation and women’s retreats - things important for every woman’s happiness and well being. It’s my passion to serve other women who are seeking to elevate their personal vision & lives while thriving beyond burnout. As a yin yoga expert and the founder of The Gift of Stillness Online Virtual Yoga Retreat Series, specializing in yin yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, essential oils and crystal grids, let me help you find your path to your best Self. All of my classes (whether live or virtual), retreats and workshops will bring you to a place of peaceful self-reflection and personalized self-care - something all of us deserve. With years of successful travel experience, retreat organization and teaching, I make sure that all my clients, first and foremost, journey within themselves to reconnect and rediscover their heart’s desire and secondly, return home with transformative memories and exceptional experiences that they will treasure forever.     The 18th Annual Manatee River Artists Guild Art & Craft Show/Sale is Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 10AM-4PM. It is held in the Waterlefe River Club, 995 Fish Hook Cove, Bradenton, FL. The show is free, open to the public and refreshments are available. Over 20 artists/crafters are in the show, plus 20 or more pieces of student art from Freedom Elementary and Haile Middle Schools. Quilting demos will occur throughout the day. Paintings, Raku fired ceramics, photography, fused glass, moss art, jewelry, including dichroic cabochons, quilted items, painted furniture, crocheted items, greeting cards, fabric wine bags, Christmas decorations, lighted glass blocks, glass platters, decorated shells, home décor and more will be available to purchase! Get your holiday shopping done early. The Raffle and Silent Auction benefits several visual arts programs for school age children.
