We are thrilled to have Jessica Turner, MSN, RN, NE-BC, as our Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). With over 20 years of nursing experience and a proven track record of leadership in various healthcare departments, Jessica is poised to lead our patient care areas to new heights. Her unwavering dedication to patient care and our hospital is unparalleled, and she is committed to inspiring our team to consistently deliver outstanding, compassionate care to our community. Having previously served in leadership roles at SBA, Jessica's return signifies a homecoming to a hospital that has played a pivotal role in shaping her career. Her diverse experience in departments such as Med/Surg, Home Health, Obstetrics, and Pre-Op/ASU/PACU uniquely positions her to steer us toward a successful future. Beyond SBAMH, Jessica has also made significant contributions as a hospice nurse, a Chief Nursing Officer at a Critical Access Hospital, and as the Nursing Director of Acute Care Services at Wesley Medical Center. On a personal note, Jessica is a devoted wife to her husband, Randall, and a loving mother to four children: Vivian (24), Catherine (22), Chayton (20), and Bryson (19). Her affection extends to her furry companions—a dog named Kermit (4) and three cats, Marina (6), Butters (5), and Twinkie (1). In her leisure time, Jessica enjoys reading, crocheting, quilting, and baking. We are confident that Jessica's passion for learning and inspiring others, combined with her wealth of experience, will motivate and lead us to even greater success in our roles. #ourSBA

Allen specializes in treating respiratory illnesses including chronic lung problems such as asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, and COPD, as well as acute breathing problems associated with serious or life-threatening conditions such as traumatic injury, heart attack, or stroke. Our respiratory therapists are experts in managing life support devices, airway management, mechanical ventilation, and other aspects of critical care medicine.
