Employee Spotlight! Julien Lardon recently joined the Splashes team in August of 2024 as General Manager. Born and raised in Paris, France, he moved to the United States in the summer of 2019. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from the Vatel School of Paris in June of 2019 and earned his MBA in Hospitality Management from Vatel San Diego school in 2021. Julien has previous Food & Beverage experience in Laguna Beach and the surrounding areas. He speaks French as his native language, English fluently, and Spanish proficiently.
