At 19, Aiden faced significant challenges with learning disabilities & autistic traits. His mum was overwhelmed & struggling to find effective support. This month, we ran a carer satisfaction survey. And the results are in! ?? We ran this survey to: - Check in with our carers. - Get their feedback & thoughts. - And identify areas for improvement. Many businesses overlook this, but here’s the truth: ? There’s always room for improvement. And our carer's insights are crucial for our ongoing growth. We’re committed to using this feedback to make positive changes & keep raising the bar. (For example, some of our team told us they prefer set-hour employment contracts, while others prefer flexibility, and that’s why we’ll soon be offering both!) For many, leaving the house can be a challenge. Especially without proper transport. That’s why we’ve built a fleet of wheelchair-accessible vehicles, free of charge & available for regular use. Whether it’s a: ? A group activity ? Hospital appointment ? Or simply a trip for cake Our vehicles allow Service-Users to enjoy life outside their homes. Each van is fully adapted for wheelchairs & equipment. ? Making outings possible for those who may feel isolated. Our goal is simple: → To remove barriers and bring a bit more normalcy & joy to our clients' lives. Because we believe the best way to preserve life is to live it ??

Caring for a loved one isn’t easy. But finding the right support should be. Recently, a client came to us needing care for their mum. ? Who has vascular dementia & Alzheimer's.
