Consumers love their #snacks. Recent research?from the The National Institutes of Health shows that people are snacking more than ever — with more than 90% of U.S. adults eating one to three snacks each day. In a recent webinar hosted by The Food Institute, industry experts Brian Choi, CFA, Bill Waltzek and Julie Murphy detailed how snacking isn't slowing down anytime soon.
