Superstrata Bike is a product of California-based technology company AREVO. It is proudly the first bike in the world to break the trade-off between strength and weight, and between performance and affordability. Unlike other carbon fiber frames that are glued and bolted together, Superstrata’s unibody frame is 3D printed in a single pass using proprietary carbon fiber composite, resulting in a frame free of joints, bolts, or glue or any kind. Produced using next-generation thermoplastic carbon fiber composite, a Superstrata frame is simultaneously impact resistant and remarkably lightweight. Superstrata’s advanced manufacturing process enables unprecedented customization. Each frame is tailored to its rider’s height, weight, arm length, and riding positions. The no-tube-seat design is essential for support, optimal strength, and comfort, especially during a long ride, or on an uneven terrain.
