    A common question we get from our SuperSpeed Swing Speed Training System users is “How can I make sure I gain the most speed”? We have 13 of them for you! Want all of them? Get them all here, https://lnkd.in/g64fN6zX Here are the first 2, 1. Between Session Rest (how many days a week should I train?) It is important to make sure you give your body time to recover from the previous speed training session. We prescribe 3 days a week of speed training with a full day off in between. When in season when you are playing and practicing a lot, it is also important to remember what you are doing out on the golf course that may fatigue you. The best results are going to come from a fresh body. Less is more in speed training so structure your speed training, practice, and gym work to create a fresh body ready to create speed. The use of the PRGR radar to assess readiness is a great way to see if you are ready to train. If your speeds on the first few swings are well below what they normally are, more rest would be beneficial. 2. In Session Rest (Do I really have to take a break before the red club?) We have done a lot of research to understand when is the best time to rest during a training session. We have found that getting into a bit of a rhythm by making swings in a row can be beneficial to feel how your body creates speeds and to make sure that you can quickly apply those feels. You get a quick natural rest between the left and right side drill positions and between clubs, but we found that after 6 dominant and 6 non-dominant swings your body needs a good 2 minute rest to be ready to create speed on the heavy club. Make sure to take that rest for maximum speed with the heavy club This article will review the best practices that we have found over the past decade of helping golfers gain speed. Some of them are things to make sure that you do, while some are things to make sure to avoid. All of them have been utilized by our users for years to maximize their speed gains. Use these to help maximize your speed gains!

    Longer drives with SuperSpeed Golf! SuperSpeed protocols do not take a long time, After a warmup you can normally complete a protocol in roughly 10 minutes. Commit to the training, train with your maximum effort, and gain club head speed!
