Here’s what we learnt: ??Do not differentiate to an extreme: Your product should have its differentiating strength, but it must still be able to address a mainstream enough problem. Listen to the market, otherwise you may still find a product market fit, but it will be difficult to scale. ?? If your LTV/CAC ratio isn’t healthy, no amount of funding will fix it. ???? AI is Changing the Startup Playbook – From automating marketing to reducing managerial layers, AI is making teams leaner and more efficient. The best founders are figuring out how to leverage it across operations. ??
