Superior Trim is excited to welcome Sydney Gerken to the team! Sydney will be the Supply Chain Intern for the summer. Sydney recently graduated from Bowling Green State University, earning a bachelor's degree in business administration with a dual specialization in Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics & Intelligence. She excels in maintaining accurate inventory levels and handling production challenges caused by material shortages. Congratulations to Jon Schmehl for his promotion to B Shift Supervisor at?Superior Trim! Jon began his journey with?Superior Trim?in November of 2018, initially as a sewer. As time progressed, he transitioned to NGP where he handled buttoning and edge turning tasks before advancing to NGP kit packing. His time and expertise within NGP lead him to become the role of backup group leader. Subsequently, Jon embraced his latest role as a quality technician. Jon has consistently shown outstanding proficiency and commitment over the past five years, paving the way for his continued growth.

Congratulations?to Andy Ahern for his promotion to Plant Manager at?Superior Trim Springfield! Andy began at Superior Trim Springfield in 2016 as the quality manager leading the plant through multiple product refreshes during a pivotal time for the industry. With Andy’s attention to detail and understanding of critical processes he was promoted to production manager in 2018, leading the team through high demand and ensured continuous supply of quality products. Andy is eager to continue the drive for success and excellence throughout the entirety of Superior Trim. Supported by a team of excellent individuals in all facets, Superior Trim Springfield is poised to continue as an industry leader in the market.
