This week we're proud to highlight Patrick Ward, who joined SuperDial as our Principal Machine Learning Engineer in October! Before joining SuperDial, Patrick led the Conversational AI Platform team at Change Healthcare, where he was building voice AI before the rise of generative models like ChatGPT. Prior to that, he spent three years as a full stack software engineer at Education SuperHighway, contributing to digital equity in education. Patrick holds an MA in Machine Learning and a BA in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin. He brings curiosity, precision, and dedication to everything he does—we're lucky to have him on board. Fun Fact: In between jobs, Patrick took time to travel the world and explore other passions, earning his Yachtmaster qualification in South Africa and completing a sushi chef course in Japan.

SuperDial partners with Cartesia to achieve ??× ???????? ?????????????????? and ??× ???????????????????????? ?????????? in healthcare administration. "Communication in healthcare relies on countless forms of complex phone-based interactions—from appointment scheduling and benefits verification to following up on claim denials. We wanted a text-to-speech solution that's both natural and context aware in order to optimize our solution for every common workflow. Cartesia has delivered this, helping our best-in-class voice AI agents automate tedious phone calls across various use cases on behalf of the healthcare organizations we serve." Sam Schwager, CEO and Co-Founder of SuperDial "Superdial’s commitment to reducing administrative burden through intelligent voice automation aligns perfectly with our mission to create voice AI that sounds incredibly natural while understanding complex contexts. By providing the text-to-speech technology behind SuperDial's solution, we're helping providers focus less on what they’re most excited about every day - elevating patient care." We’re excited to introduce the newest member of the SuperDial team, David Khaydatov! David brings a wealth of experience in healthcare technology, revenue cycle management (RCM), and AI-driven innovation—but his journey into the industry is deeply personal. At just 16 years old, David was diagnosed with severe colitis, spending over a year in and out of hospitals, navigating the complexities of insurance approvals to access the medication he needed. This firsthand experience shaped his passion for improving healthcare processes—from patient access to insurance workflows and beyond. David’s career began on the RCM side—he worked as a Brown University research assistant for Rhode Island Hospital, giving him firsthand insight into the financial and operational challenges of healthcare. He developed his career as a healthcare executive at innovative companies like Quip and Tebra, before leading GTM efforts at Thoughtly, an AI-powered call center platform. David's experience at the intersection of RCM, AI, and healthcare SaaS makes him a perfect fit for SuperDial’s mission to streamline revenue cycle operations through AI-driven automation. ?? Fun fact: In 2018, David co-founded Meditation Magazine, a international periodical that was featured on the shelves of Barnes & Noble and Whole Foods. We couldn’t be more excited to have David on board as we continue to redefine AI-driven solutions in healthcare. Please welcome our new Account Executive, David Khaydatov! #SuperDial #EmployeeSpotlight #HealthcareInnovation #AIinHealthcare #RevenueCycleManagement #RCM

This week we're beginning a weekly series highlighting each of the smart and passionate humans behind SuperDial's AI tech. Without further ado, here's Employee Spotlight #1: Daryl Suharli! Daryl Suharli joined SuperDial in 2024 as our Director of Operations. While managing healthcare provider teams, he gained firsthand insight into the tedious and frustrating process of ensuring that patients receive the care they need. From provider credentialing to benefits verification, he recognized how SuperDial effectively addressed the challenges he had once faced. He is excited to continue driving efficiency gains for the benefit of both patients and providers. Fun Fact: Daryl's sole exercise goal is to deadlift a car in the event his future children might be trapped under one (but he's not quite there yet).
