We’ve been getting a lot of questions from customers about how to bring generative AI into their internal tools—and it’s easy to see why. With the rise of AI agents, businesses can now use AI to find answers to complex questions and take actions that save time and effort. Our Solutions Engineer, Jacob, recently built an app that shows what’s possible when you combine GenAI with a platform for building internal enterprise apps. Using Claude by Anthropic’s Tools Use capabilities with Superblocks’ UI and backend APIs, he created a chatbot that can: ? Pull sales data from Salesforce ? Answer detailed questions about sales data, like identifying top accounts ? Draft outbound emails ? Update databases and Salesforce This all happens in real time through a conversational chat interface. And because it’s built with Superblocks, the app includes key enterprise features like role-based access controls, SSO, audit logging, and more. Prior to joining, Stephen was most recently at Starburst where he helped guide enterprise customers in transforming their data infrastructure. He has also spent part of his career as a Solutions Architect at reputable companies such as Stripe & FreeWheel. When he’s not assisting customers in their technical challenges, you can find him spending time with his 3 month old son, building websites, discovering new food spots, and running in races around New York City.
