We’re so excited to announce that Jordan Stoddard has joined the Superblocks team as a Solutions Engineer out of the San Francisco Bay Area! Jordan has worn all kinds of hats throughout his career, getting his start as an Account Executive & then moving into a Software Engineering role at an early stage healthtech startup. A few years into his software engineering career, he had the opportunity to move into his first Solutions Engineering role, where he was able to combine his customer-facing skills with his deep technical expertise. He’s worked with many enterprise customers during his tenure, including Amazon, Salesforce, Oracle & many more. Working with these companies, Jordan led initiatives that drove significant revenue & organizational transformation through technology. Outside of work he enjoys keeping up with physical fitness, technology trends, and spending time with his family, especially his 2 year old son! Please join us in welcoming Jordan to the team!

We’re so excited to announce that David Zhang has joined the Superblocks team as a Software Engineer here in our New York City Headquarters! Before joining Superblocks, David was recently at Bloomberg where he built out distributed systems to deliver post trade solutions to customers. Prior to that, he had a number of trading & quant internships, and graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Computer Science degree. Outside of work, David is interested in mobile MOBAs, watching movies, & exploring the NYC restaurant scene. Please join us in welcoming David to the team!

We’re so excited to announce that Nick R. has joined the Superblocks team as a Software Engineer remotely out of Amsterdam! Before joining Superblocks, Nick was recently at Markprompt where he built out their TypeScript & web SDKs. He also comes with a breadth of startup experience, as well as spending time at a Dutch design agency working for clients like Warner Music Group & Unicef. Outside of work, he spends time with his wife and 2 kids, and enjoys a good cup of coffee, playing guitar, & reading science fiction and fantasy books. Please join us in welcoming Nick to the team!

Before joining Superblocks, Randall spent the last 7 years at Confluent, working on Kafka Connect & connectors, cloud services, and most recently, their VS Code extension. Prior to that, he was at Red Hat, where he contributed to multiple open-source projects, including founding Debezium. Outside of work, you can find Randall spending time with his family, cooking, building furniture, and traveling around the world admiring its architecture, people and sites. This is a perfect example of "drinking our own champagne" – leveraging Superblocks' powerful platform to solve real business challenges. As our SE team continues to grow, we needed a better way to manage assignments and track engagements. Traditional pre-sales tools weren't cutting it, so we developed a purpose-built solution on Superblocks, taking full advantage of its built-in governance and RBAC capabilities. ?? Last week, we demonstrated how Stripe’s Agent SDK can generate one-time payment links for failed invoices from a single natural language prompt. This week, we’ve taken it a step further—shifting from synchronous to asynchronous Agent interactions, unlocking an even broader range of possibilities. Think of it like handing off a task to a team member and letting them report back when they’re done. The result? Proactive, automated workflows that run seamlessly in the background. Building on our initial synchronous approach, our new Stripe Agent can now identify failed payments on a recurring schedule and produce tailored reconciliation reports. Here’s how it works - Using OpenAI, Vercel AI SDK, and Stripe's Agent SDK, our system: 1?? Analyzes payment patterns across integrated platforms 2?? Creates customized reconciliation entries in Stripe 3?? Generates dynamically priced payment links 4?? Sends AI-driven recommendations and comprehensive reports to account managers via email From there, your Payment Ops team can review and act on the Agent’s recommendations directly from their inbox. If a task needs human intervention, our management app offers a simple interface for manual actions—eliminating many of the steps that would otherwise bog down the process.
