In no time at all, Kyle became a huge asset to our organization, meticulously creating the user manuals - graphics, illustrations, and copy - for all of our products. In turn, Kyle would go on to become our Technical Illustrator and ultimately our Technical Content Manager where he leads a team of technical illustrators and writers. Patty joined Super Bright LEDs in February 2015 as a Processor & Fulfillment Specialist. In 2021, she was promoted to Fulfillment & Warehouse Support Specialist, and not even two years later, she became our Inventory Supervisor. To say Patty is an asset to our organization would be a massive understatement. When it comes to inventory management, Patty does an exceptional job ensuring that everything is in the correct location in the warehouse. She is also diligent about researching discrepancies and verifying that the actual inventory matches what is in the system. It is thanks to Patty's many contributions that we are able to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as we do. Thank you for all that you do, Patty!!
