Suntec is celebrating #TiltUpTuesday with another impressive super-tilt project! Building A at Envision?Dobbins?202 West is currently being tilted in Laveen, AZ. These panels are 85'+ in height with the heaviest panel weighing 278,000 lbs. This 205,621 SF building is the first of six to go up in this soon-to-be industrial park. Buc-ee's, Ltd.'s Travel Center is coming to Goodyear, AZ, located on?the?southeast corner of Bullard Ave and I-10. This 75,000 SF popular convenience?center is the first location in Arizona?and will feature 120 fueling stations and 713 parking spaces.?Known for its great food, unique snacks, cleanliness, and 24/7 service, Suntec is proud to contribute to this new addition to the Valley.?Thank you to Velocity Retail Group for expanding this "must-see" travel center to the Valley.?

Marbella Northern Parkway is nearing?the?completion of?its?first phase of a multi-phase development! Breaking ground almost 11 months ago in Glendale, AZ, this park will consist of 5 buildings across 51 acres, adding more development space to?the?industrial market in?the?West Valley. Suntec has poured 256,192?SF of tilt panels for?the?first three buildings, complete with office and warehouse space, on this property. It is slated to be completed later this year. If you've driven by ASU, it's hard not to notice the towers at South Pier flying up. Each day, I’m humbled by the hard work and dedication from our tradesman in the field. The crews at Suntec Concrete have been working tirelessly to ensure the folks at CLAYCO are on or beating the monumental schedule at hand. Even with challenges associated with groundwater, we were able to complete Tower 1 roughly 20 days ahead of schedule. We’re very thankful for the trust and partnership with Scott Thomas and the entire CLAYCO team. Keep pushing Austin Kirkpatrick!

Tower 1 at South Pier has been topped out! This major milestone was achieved 20 days ahead of schedule while maintaining our commitment to safety with zero recordables through this build. Tower 1 has 22 levels totaling 343,503 SF, the biggest of the three towers on this site. Teaming with Clayco on this project located along Tempe Town Lake, Tower 2 is expected to top out within the new month, and Tower 3 in early 2025. Totaling 1.24 million SF of mixed-use space, we are proud to be working on one of the biggest projects in Tempe! Team Suntec knows how to get the job done. #SuntecConcrete #SouthPier
