Sunrise Master-Planned Community spans an impressive 1,467 acres of development property, providing ample space for carefully designed residential and commercial areas. It boasts a harmonious blend of community living, nature's retreat, and the comforts of home, making it an ideal destination for families and individuals seeking a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. With 21 single-family sub-developments, ample housing options are tailored to different preferences and needs. Currently, 3,255 units are already built, with a total of 4,728 units approved for construction. Corliss Management Group has been actively involved in permitting and selling approximately 3,000 single-family lots within the community, with an additional 900 lots in the permitting and development pipeline. The Sunrise Master-Planned Community offers up to 350,000 sq. ft of commercial space. The Sunrise Medical Center is one of three approved commercial sites, and the Sunrise Town Center serves as the second commercial area that is actively being developed. Sunrise also caters to the growing demand for multifamily housing options. Presently, there are 3 apartment complexes in the permitting and development pipeline, set to add 580 multifamily units to accommodate a diverse range of residents. To create a well-rounded and enjoyable living experience, Sunrise offers an array of recreational amenities. For families and pet owners, there are 2 schools, 2 dog parks, and 7 playgrounds. For fitness enthusiasts, there are tennis and basketball courts as well as a splash pad to beat the heat during warm days.   • National Night Out 2024 was a hit! ????? Our community enjoyed a variety of activities, from thrilling bounce houses and giant slides to the challenge of axe throwing. Food trucks and local businesses offered something for every taste while exploring the impressive local fire trucks, police and military machines was a unique experience. It was a night of fun, food, and community connection. We couldn't have done it without the incredible support of our community partners, vendors, and sponsors. Thursday, July 4th | 11:00AM | Location: North Rim sign (15602 134th Ave E) Bring your family, friends, and decorated bicycles to this patriotic parade that winds through our beautiful community. Starting at 11:00AM at the North Rim Sign, participants of all ages are invited to gather at the starting point for a lively morning of red, white, and blue fun.
