In July 2013 VeEX Inc. acquired all remaining Sunrise Telecom's (test and measurement manufacturer) operational assets, including all rights to its Products, Intellectual Property, Patents, Branding and Trademarks. VeEX has integrated and improved a few of their products in an effort to continue developing innovative communications test and measurement solutions for telecom, cable TV and wireless service providers.
