From the moment she steps into the workplace, she is constantly busy, always looking for ways to contribute and improve processes. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail ensure that every task she takes on is completed with precision and care. She takes tremendous pride in her work and is always willing to go the extra mile to support her team. Recently, she has shown an interest in the compounding area, demonstrating her eagerness to expand her skill set and take on new challenges. She actively seeks out opportunities to grow and improve, brining forward valuable suggestions for continuous improvement. Beyond her technical skills, her positive attitude is truly infectious. She creates an uplifting and motivating environment for those around her. Tracy is always ready to lend a helping hand wherever and whenever is needed. Her enthusiasm and willingness to learn makes her an invaluable asset to our team. On a personal note, Tracy did rodeos from when she was 5 until she was 17 years old. She is originally from Utah. We are excited to recognize Matt Seaver as our January Employee of the Month! Since Matt joined Sunless back in May of 2020, he has continued to be a vital member of the team. As a system administrator, he is always responsive and willing to assist with requests promptly, making him an invaluable asset to our team. His upbeat and positive attitude contributes to a welcoming and productive workplace environment. Matt consistently goes above and beyond in his role. If he doesn’t have an immediate answer to a question, he ensures to gather the necessary information, allowing the team to respond quickly and accurately. His respectful communication and dependable follow-through on work requests are qualities that set him apart. Additionally, Matt has delivered exceptional results by streamlining complex workflows with precision and creativity. His innovative solutions have optimized system performance and established a new standard for quality and efficiency within our company. On a personal note, Matt enjoys working on cars and computers, though one of those is only a fair-weather hobby. He has been spending more time working around the house now and has recently made a desk and a cabinet. Lately his hobbies mostly consist of studying for another IT certification. His strong organizational skills ensure that daily objectives are met, and his ability to follow up and follow through guarantees that projects are completed successfully and on time! One of Terry’s standout contributions has been implementing processes to streamline the sharing of marketing materials across several departments. He enjoys shooting outdoor photography and watching Browns football, no really!
