During our Hurricane Milton support efforts, Sunshine Health facilitated a disaster relief distribution event in partnership with Farm Share, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and Outback Steakhouse at Harvest Hope Park. Centene CEO Sarah London was in attendance to volunteer alongside the Sunshine Health team. In response to Hurricane Milton, Sunshine Health, in partnership with Farm Share, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Hope Florida, Florida Department of Children and Families and APD Florida hosted a disaster relief distribution event at Raymond James Stadium. Together, over 3,380 individuals were served in a time of great need. We’re deeply grateful to our partners who eagerly sprang into action, helping us serve the community when it was needed most. #SpreadingSunshine

In the aftermath of both Hurricanes Helene and Milton, our team was quick to mobilize in the community and serve the impacted areas. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the over 250 incredible Sunshine Health volunteers who selflessly gave their time and energy to help with hurricane relief. Our team members donated over 1,600 hours of their time to serve the community in an unprecedented time of crisis. In the face of hardship, they brought hope, comfort and care to those who needed it most. We’re beyond proud to have such compassionate and dedicated individuals on our Sunshine Health team.
