SunFly’s core technology is a UV-sensitive, color-changing ink that you stamp on your skin, you apply sunscreen over the stamp and the rest of your exposed skin, and the stamp will indicate by reversibly changing color whether you have applied enough sunscreen and when to reapply. Our first-generation ink will be a SPF indicator for the recreational sunscreen (beach and body) market. Our second-generation ink will be a SPF indicator and dosimeter. We also have plans to create a broadband (UVA and UVB) exposure indicator for beauty/cosmetics market to help prevent photo-aging of the face, neck and hands.
