Edgemoor is heading back to The University of Kansas! With our partner, Sunflower Development Group , we recently entered into exclusive negotiations with KU for the development of the Gateway District. “Edgemoor had the pleasure of working with KU on their successful Central District project a few years ago, and the Edgemoor/Sunflower leadership team includes several devoted KU alumni,” says Edgemoor’s Senior Managing Director, Geoffrey Stricker. “Our team brings a level of familiarity with the campus and community and a personal commitment to KU that will undoubtedly benefit this process as we move forward.” We’re thrilled to be partnering with the University again and look forward to next steps as the project progresses.
