Seeing residents living comfortably in their new homes is one of the most fulfilling parts of what we do. ? Last week, John Ahlswede, LEED AP, Joey Clements, Dennis Dizon and?Carolina Alban-Stoughton attended the grand opening of Vista Sunrise II Apartments in Palm Springs – our latest project with developer client Coachella Valley Housing Coalition. ? The affordable housing project, certified as a?GreenPoint Rated Platinum?property, is located on a DAP Health campus and serves as permanent supportive housing to welcome the previously homeless and the chronically ill. Congratulations on the impactful project, Coachella Valley Housing Coalition.

The California Council for Affordable Housing works with state and federal governments to develop and expand affordable housing throughout the state, and we were proud to participate in its fall conference.? ?
