Last year’s hurricanes destroyed so many of our local tree canopies. To help regain some of those losses, we’re so proud to sponsor Plant Your Heart Out, a program that will help residents replant trees on their property with the help of Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful. Our President and CEO, Kevin Johnson, spoke about the program on Friday, along with Mayor Castor. We look forward to seeing those beautiful tree canopies again! We are WOWed by our own Tatjana for her accomplishments during the American Cancer Society Relay for Life event last week. Not only did she come early to help us set up the Kids Zone that Suncoast sponsored, but she also walked from 3 p.m. on Saturday to 5 a.m. Sunday! That’s more than 94,000 steps, a total of 46 miles. We’re so proud of her and all the participants who helped raise more than $531,000 for this incredible cause.

We had the best time celebrating our Ellenton grand opening this week! It’s always a joy to see our members. We also donated more than $40,000 to six local nonprofit organizations during the event. Come see us in Ellenton!

It's such a joy to impact our future generations. It was a privilege to participate in Brandon High School SCOPE’S Women in the Workplace Luncheon. High school juniors and seniors were chosen to participate in a tea party with an amazing panel of diverse, strong, knowledgeable, and inspiring women.
