Suncoast Restoration and Waterproofing

Our work continues out at the roller compacted concrete dam for Gwinnett County Government in partnership with IHC Construction Companies LLC. The Sika USA SikaTop 122 and 123 Plus provided by Beacon Waterproofing Products with help from Keith C. Howard CSI, CCPR-LEED AP are progressing quickly now that the weather has started cooperating. Hats off to the Suncoast Georgia team for working hard to keep this project on track despite the uncooperative weather.

While we don’t build bridges, we do repair and restore them. Suncoast is extending the service life of bridges all over metro Atlanta (just not this one.)

When the weather is too cold to apply products outside, our team is inside learning proper application methods and teaching each other new techniques to get better 1%.

It's been an amazing year at Suncoast! Celebrating 20 years in business, it feels like we are starting something new while relying on the old knowledge to keep us grounded. Our team is innovative and foundational. We execute quickly and pay attention to detail. 2025 will bring new challenges and opportunities. And our team is how we will be successful in both.
