We are pleased to announce that we have completed development of a 90,300-square-foot industrial facility on 19 acres in Roanoke, VA. The build-to-suit development is leased to a national consumer packaged goods company, which is a multi-market client with SunCap Property Group. We have developed facilities for them across the country in Kennewick, WA, Raleigh, NC and Colorado Springs, CO and are now working on finishing up another facility of theirs in Fort Myers, FL.
